Frequently Asked Questions

About P4 Intensive Revision (June) Series

Will this programme help prepare my child for GEP?

This programme is designed for mainstream students, with materials focused on the PSLE. GEP students sit for a different examination, so the content may not fully align. However, GEP students who would like additional practice for the PSLE are welcome to join.

Will there be any homework?

There is no assigned homework. Most questions will be attempted during class time. Any remaining questions can be completed at home, with answer keys provided for reference.

Will the worksheets be marked?

For English, components such as composition writing will be collected for marking. For other components and subjects, teachers will go through the answers in class.

Due to the intensive nature of the programme, there is a stronger focus on teaching content, question analysis and answering techniques. Answer keys will be provided so students can review their work independently after the programme. This differs from our core programme, where answer keys are not typically provided.

If my child can only attend one of the two days, can they still join? Are the lessons related?

Yes, your child can still attend. Different components and topics are covered across the two days. If a session is missed, selected worksheets and answer keys will be provided for reference.

My child already attends regular classes at TLL. How will this be useful?

The Intensive Revision Programme focuses on key sections and commonly challenging topics that help students score in examinations.

While it builds on the same skills and methodologies taught in our core classes, it is delivered in a more focused and intensive format. Students can use this opportunity to consolidate their learning, strengthen weaker areas and gain additional practice.

My child attended the March Intensive Revision Programme. Is this different?

Yes. For English, some components remain similar to reinforce key exam strategies, but the practice questions are different, exposing students to a wider range of question types. For P5 and P6, this session places a stronger focus on composition and also includes oral components.

For Mathematics and Science, while some components may be similar, the topics and questions differ. This provides students with fresh practice and further reinforcement.
