The Magnificent World of Maths programme sparks curiosity by showing how mathematics connects to everyday life. Through engaging activities and hands-on exploration, students are introduced to Primary 1 and 2 concepts in a fun and enjoyable way, building confidence and interest in the subject.

Your child should be enrolled in these academic levels in 2026.

Programme Focus

Our Magnificent World of Maths programme is designed for Primary 1 and 2 students and nurtures early mathematical confidence through playful exploration and project-based learning. With opportunities to experiment, discover, and solve problems in creative ways, your child will strengthen essential number sense and logical thinking while developing practical decision-making skills. This camp not only introduces key concepts in a light-hearted setting, but also helps young learners see maths as a meaningful, enjoyable part of their world.

Course Outline

What could be better than planning a birthday party? Playing the role of a young event planner, your child will learn to design and plan a great children's birthday party!

Highlights of the programme include:
Take on the role of a party planner to plan Mocha's 7th Birthday Party.
Introduction to P1 concepts under the topics of Multiplication, Money and Time.
Introduction to the topic on Fractions which will be a new topic covered in P2.
Bring home your very own Sushi Snatch Takeaway board game.

If I cannot make it for some sessions of the programme, can I still sign up? Is the content covered related?

You can still attend the session as different topics are covered over the 3 days. Should you miss any session, worksheets (including takeaways if any) and answer keys (if any) will be provided.

Will there be any homework?

There will be no homework. Students will go through the entire worksheet/activity during the programme duration. They will get to bring home games related to the activities for continued learning and solutions will be provided for these games. Worksheets will be marked and the questions will be heavily guided by the teacher due to the nature of the activity-led sessions.
